I'd like to start this off by noting that the advertisement page that always precedes the articles on Forbes included a quote from Che Guevara. If that's not ironic I don't know what is!

I'd say I moved almost immediately into the "grizzled veteran" stage since I'm interested in watches that were created with a purpose. So, even though I don't own a Rolex and likely never will, I still love the stories behind the Submariner, the original Explorer, and especially the GMT-Master. I've always had a minor interest in flight. But, the Daytona's relation to motorsport is too tangential for me, and the motorsport connection is most interesting to me!
So Heuer it is, then.
