Somebody has stolen my pictures and description

Hello,

as You know recently I was selling my Heuer Carrera 110.573B on eBay. However I have noticed that somebody has stolen my pictures and description using them in fraudulent advert on gumtree.uk:

http://www.gumtree.com/p/for-sale/heuer-carrera-110573b-vintage-automatic-chronograph/1052551180#gallery-item-full-9

but my Carrera has been already sold:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Heuer-Carrera-110-573B-vintage-automatic-chronograph-cal-12-no-reserve-/331146972073?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMESOX%3AIT&nma=true&si=smC65XXUNbi%252B0CjDeVi4DT2viF4%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc

I reported this advert to Gumtree as fraudulent, however I have no answer from them to my complain.

What should I do with this matter now?
