Serial number is within the last batch of 3147s, and, bar the dial, the head looks spot on for a Heuer Dato 45. Dial furniture is all as per the Heuer.
And although the photos in patented Blur-o-vision make it difficult to be sure, I think that's a Heuer-Leonidas SA caseback with that text obfuscated.
Presumably it is the same watch as first mentioned here: http://www.chronocentric.com/forums/heuer/index.cgi?md=read;id=57947 though I would expect there to be more than one out there anyway.
