Chrono reset pusher stuck?

Working off of just one picture, it looks as though the chrono-hand reset pusher (the bottom one) is stuck in the pushed-in position...

Also, and it may just be the lighting in the photo, the hour/minute hands don't seem to have the same level of polish. As I said, it could be the light playing tricks but I'd want to see other photos to be sure.
