The bottom pusher problem needs to be sorted out. I believe it's the shank that needs to be replaced. It should be a very easy job to do, as long as the proper size one is found. Trying to unscrew the piece that broke off can be a bit tricky. Other than that, I'd say it's in good condition.
I hope you can get a good deal, their asking price is a little too high, in my opinion.
