And thanks to Jeff, interesting - but all interpretation. Could be - first white for "ok, starts but nothing than to beat about behind the line" - blue "near by action" and red is "go-go-go".

Works just when the countdown is 15. mostly the countdown is 5 or 10, right.

I try to find out the official regattarules in the 60´s and 70´s but need more time to do this "dry research" ...

Maybe it was just a mood of the designer ;)
