Need help identifying Heuer chronograph

Hello. I need some help identifying this vintage Heuer. I have been searching all over the net without any luck.
It comes with tachymeter, chronograph, some kind of black coating (PVD maybe?), screw on caseback and manuel wind.
My next question would be; what is it worth?
