I did ask if they service their watches before selling them, and he told me they only do that if the watch isn't running. So I tested the watch and found trouble operating the chrono. I got it to start and stop once; but after I reset it, it wouldn't work anymore. I found it a bit odd, trying multiple times to get it running.
