Those are currently for sale - means nobody has paid for them which makes them asking prices. That's really all I can tell you. Search on the CT forum (link in the upper right corner of this forum) to see historical asking prices. If you just want to know if you got a good deal, the most recent selling prices will make a good starting point. Unfortunately you will only see asking prices except for maybe ebay. If you want to insure it, I would go with the highest current asking prices.
