The 2447 / 3647 ?
In Response To: What do I have here: 18mm Carrera endlinks ? ()

The early manual-wind Carreras (references 2447 , 3647 etc) have 18mm lugs and sometimes were sold with bracelets. I'm not sure whether these are the correct endlinks (~2min of image searching was inconclusive) but it's a place to start maybe.
