I think you did the right thing coming here first, plenty of knowledge here.
I'm not aware of any British military issued Heuers, and even if that marking wasn't there, I would walk past that watch.

And take a look through the "Catalog(ue)" link at the same site. That should give you an idea of what the period Heuers looked like. Then feel free to come back here and we can comment on specific watches.
