Hi Carlo: Your Siffert looks great to me. I've attached a photo of my deci-bezeled Siffert below. Craig will not touch the dial, even if you want lume replaced or added. So you will need to leave that issue for now. I agree totally that you should have Craig service completely, and he will no matter your asking. Then ask Craig to polish the crystal. If he will not, you can purchase "PolyWatch" polish, meant for acrylic crystals. It works great, but don't rub too hard. Finally, there are some great write-ups on OTD explaining how the deci bezel can be used. Just search it.
