The watch looks super clean, well done on the pick-up and thanks for showing it to the forum.

This is my opinion only and if it was my watch then i would have to relume the hour indices to match the hands, whether this affects value long-term may be best answered by others??.

Here's my Carrera i done recently, it had stock green lume, so i changed it out and redone it.

I'm certainly not looking to do your watch only giving you an idea what can be achieved should it be something your contemplating, i'm sure there are plenty of guys who could undertake such work closer to home, good luck which ever way you choose to proceed.
