Definitely rare - I don't recall the one with orange-edged hands Paul, all the other ones I have seen have had these hands.

The first one I ever saw was panned here on the forum, but I had seen the potential - unfortunately the seller saw the panning and took the watch down from eBay, and that seemed to be the end of that watch. I'd wager it was made into a fairly bog standard 1153 S but I was planning on sneaking it with a late bid. Ah well.

Seen about one a year since. I'd still like to find this and the BN in a catalogue somewhere. I have a hunch they were regionally restricted, we don't see them from all over.
