On a very basic level - yes, that's how you do it. Although I wouldn't do it quite like the video, as it was rather ham fisted, and the guy probably damaged the case, and got super glue everywhere.
Like I say - it depends entirely on which Heuer you are talking about, as the bezels and retaining rings/click wires differ across a wide range of models.
