Stewart is correct in his assessment but the future value of this watch may be deternined via its potential value Verses its current value.
We mostly see this tropic white dial & orange viceroy hands cased in the 1163 Autavia - known loosely by the term "White Boy". I figure more than just a few viewers out there will see the potential to re-case this example and have a watch which would be worth double Stewarts £3000 value.
Please jump in if anyone knows otherwise : i dont recall seeing a white dialled 11630 with these viceroy styled hands, they usually have the orange frame, lume filled hands as seen on my example below.
My guess Stefano is you've already been ( or will be ) offered privately greater than the £3000 mentioned earlier
Good luck - Darren
: Hi Stefano
: Just to be pedantic, there's no such thing as a '11630w'
: Your watch is a 11630T (T refers to the tachy bezel).
: Having said that, it is a rare white dial model with earlier
: 'Orange Boy' hands, and has the bonus of developing a lovely
: tropical fade on the sub-registers.
: It's a very fine Autavia.
: I'd say it's worth around £3000, maybe a touch more. If cleaned
: up/light restoration/service, worth more.
: Anyone else like to chime in?
: Stewart
