Hi everyone,

This is the 1st time I've posted on here after a couple of years lurking and learning; I hope learning enough to know what I have just bought.
This isn't the first vintage Heuer that I have bought and I will get round to posting about the other watches.
This was bought through e-bay and arrived yesterday. The photos are just quick photos taken on my phone, I hope they will be good enough for the forum.
I hope what I have is a fairly early carrera 3647s
Serial number is 578xx, no marking between the other lugs.
I am really pleased with the watch, it isn't perfect but it is running well and I hope that after a service, some new lume and a new crystal it will look great once again.

I would love to hear what everyone else thinks, and if anyone can give a date range for the watch that would be great.

Giles
