Early 2447T Hex Back

Morning all

Just thought id share some pictures of my latest acquisition - an early 2447T with hex back case. Serial No 57174

Just wondered if this means the watch was available from 1964 rather than 1965 as per the MOTD?

PS Jeff/Mark - the MOTD link to the hex back appears faulty.
