As I discovered in my life that I am a vintage chronograph guy, I started a collection overhaul selling what I had and getting those precious Heuers. Man, there is nothing like a vintage Heuer!
I discovered On the Dash and I couldn't believe how good this forum was. I have met fascinating people here with a vast knowledge. People that are historians of this timepieces and are more than willing to share their knowledge.
Unfortunately I had to go back to use this other forums. I am selling my 3 remaining timepieces of the old collection, and since they don't qualify to be posted here I posted them in WUS and TZ.
Surely I miss Chronotrader.
I have dealt with amazing lowballers, people that criticize my watches, rude people, emails that don't even start with a "Hi" or end with a "regards" or "cheers" or anything. Most of this offers are just an amount and a question mark.
This guy wanted me to send the watch first and then pay later because I had "zero posts on WUS"
(I have 343 posts on WUS) At first I thought it was a scam, but turns out this guy is a long time member. And since there is a record that you can see who checks your profile, it amazed me that this guy didn't even actually checked my profile at all.
I just want to sell this pieces and go back to hunting Heuers here and gathering all the knowledge that comes with every transaction. I hope that I never treat someone here like this, and if I did I am deeply sorry.
Anyway, a great pleasure to be part of this community!
