Later watch looks like a 403. End of WWII or immediately post-war. Heuer was making detail changes year on year so it can be difficult to find the exact match in a catalogue. The Valjoux symbol looks to be present under the regulator, the movement number may be there with it too.
The earlier watch has bar pushers (i.e. non-waterproof) so likely to predate 1939; the shallow Heuer shield says it may be a few years earlier again. Unsigned caseback I'm not entirely sure of, but earlier movements do tend to be unsigned.
So a couple of question marks on the early one, but the later one is all good.
