Wondering if anyone has any knowledge on the following variant of the Auto Chronograph instructions? I haven't seen this exact version in the OTD Guide and I had previously made a calculated guess that they were produced between the '72 and '83 versions (I have seen them coupled with Heuers originally sold prior to 1980). Clearly, it has a front-cover layout more similar to the '83 but with the 'World wide service' wording of the '72 and similar back cover (although in five languages).
A bigger question is whether these are even genuine/commonly faked - the attached images are of an example I own and have had someone claim it was a fake/photocopy (from the photos alone!). Either way it would be interesting to know.
