At the moment, we have samples from four "thousands" . . . 164xxx, 165xxx, 166xxx, and 167xxx.

There was once the idea that the Reference 73633 Monacos, with blue dials and blue registers, were an early version, but this theory does not seem to hold up well. We have these "Blueberries" and other refinished dials, all across the range of serial numbers.
