It’s been a while since we had a scan weekend (or week), and with the vacations over and everyone back at their desks, it seems like a good idea to start having our scan events again. I have a few themes in mind (for example, “All About Straps” and “Best of Summer”), but let’s restart the series with a broader, more fundamental challenge.
Here is the challenge: How would you capture the essence of vintage Heuer timepieces in a single image (or a small number of images)? The following might be some approaches:
Be sure to have “Essence of Heuer” in your subject line, and we can even expand to Instagram and Twitter with #EssenceOfHeuer. A good subject line might also include your favorite word or describe the image, for example, “Speed . . . The Essence of Heuer” or “McQueen Monaco – The Essence of Heuer”.
Let’s start the scan on Monday, September 15, and we will let it run through the following Sunday, September 21. As usual, we will be flexible to accommodate those who want to start early or finish late. The images posted below are intended to inspire you!!
I’m really looking forward to seeing these images and words!!
