Moi Janne.
The big selling point of these is the dial, and if moisture has gotten in and affected the dial, then the value will definitely be affected. Often when that happens with these, the dial clouds and the chatoyancy effect is lost - on this one, the tiger's eye effect still remains in part so it's not a total loss. Replacement dials do turn up occasionally, so that is a possibility too.
I can't make out the case being polished from the photos, but it's always a bit of a shame - it's done because it's the easiest thing to do with a scratched case, achieving a factory-style finish is much more difficult. If you were to buy it and fancied it more original, we do have Abel Court on this forum who can do an excellent job of replicating the factory brushing.
I wouldn't look to be paying more than 1.500, € if it's otherwise mechanically sound.
