I dont wish to fuel doubt without access to better images but as we have seen a Heuer only dial on this configuration, could it be that the "Seafarer" script was a later addition on the positive side as a prototype or on the negative, a faux pas (should be Mareograph).
My two cents - nice clean dial and case.
