This is the three register version of Heuers economy series. It use the same case as the more common Clebar, Zodiac and Hamilton versions.
They do appear on Ebay Germany from time to time....
There was one sold at Ebay Germany a few weeks ago with original beads of rice bracelet. Very nice watch with panda dial.
We have discussed them in this forum several times.
