Gay Freres supplied a number of the Swiss manufacturers with bracelets. I am not aware of any overlap in style so each manugfacturer got their own specific link. Also, the end pieces are all stamed, the first letter indicates the manufacturere. All GF bracelet ends for Heuer start with H (HL, HEL, HLB, HLD, HLC & HLF). Other examples include I for IWC, J for JLC etc.
Conclusion - they are not generic and were made by GF
