Bad lighting, bad photography and bad editing (on Instagram), but still an interesting effect . . . I love the way that the accents go from red, at the left side of the dial, to orange, at the right side of the dial, in the first photo.
Of course, the second photo shows us that all these accents are, in fact, orange.
