Hi Jeff, Hi Guys,
The auction does NOT credit On the Dash with the pictures. It talks a LOT about the model in general & very little about the actual watch for sale.
The section that interests you says something like...
"A wonderfully nice Chronograph, with perforated leather strap (see onthedash.com). It has been worn but has minimal usage marks. Freshly serviced ( A receipt for over 320 Euro will be included in the sale )"
The rest of the text doesn't refer to the actual watch being sold, rather to the models history etc.
It certainly does not credit the photos nor does it say that the photos are NOT of the actual watch for sale.
The seller says the buyer can pick it up personally & pay cash, which indicates he does have a Monaco in his possesion.
He also has the usual European get out sentence. Private sale, no guarantee implied. without this you can be forced to provide a 12 month guarantee with all second hands goods in Europe. ( Boy, am I glad to see that my tax is being used for something useful in Brussels !! ;-) )
All in all, a pretty short & weak description, with 4 stolen pics.
The buyer has a quite a low feedback & lives in the states.
Ouch !!
