"Ed. Heuer & Cie" Fake

Hi Folks,

I'm new in this Forum and looking forward some advice. - Last week I got an old "Ed. Heuer & Cie" Chrono as a present from a Japanese friend. He told me that the bought the watch arround 30 Years ago in Hong Kong. It's keeping the time perfectly and suits a 7768 ETA Movement inside. Sorrily I can't find any further information about the watch and I'm not sure if it's an authentic Heuer product. On the Web I found a similar Model in an Auction sold some years ago:

My watch looks exectly the same and has the '68400' engreaving on the plain case back. - I would appreciate if anyone could provide some further informations on this specific Watch.

Best regards from Munich
Andreas
