Here's something else that looks nearly identical:

The Dial and the Case seemed to be used in several Watches of this Decade. The number of the backside of the case doesn't look like 'Heuer' either for my opinion.
The Movement, Dial and Case seems to be Swiss Production but I suggest this 'Heuer' was born in another Factory. ;-)
