A really early one from me today, actually the oldest watch i own !
The Gay Freres bamboo bracelet is from the 1930's and has a slip catch that allowed pilots to easily extend the bracelet long enough to allow a pilot to wear the watch outside their warm flying jackets.
I wish this 1930's aviator watch could talk, i bet it would have quite a history to tell.
