Happy Friday everyone. Thanks to the two gentleman who helped get this on my wrist!
enjoy the weekend
Jamey
: Wearing this Omega Seamaster ref. 145.023 "Anakin
: Skywalker" this morning.
: I still think Heuer made some of the best watches ever.
: But Omega produced some fantastic pieces as well.
: Recently I got interested in some vintage Omega's when discovering
: the Chuck Maddox story.
: I immediately felt I had to look for some of the watches he was so
: crazy about.
: I started with a Speedmaster ref. 145.022-69 ST, then a Seamaster
: ref. 145.024 "Jedi".
: With some great help from Carlo I finally found this "Anakin
: Skywalker" with one of the best looking dials I have ever
: seen ( on any watch ).
: Case has the very hard but brittle tungstun material, so dropping
: it on your tile floor is really not a good idea.
: Enjoy the weekend guys.
: Special thanks to Jeff for this great platform.
: Idem for Abel and James for their good advice and great work.
