Reference 346 or 2447 / Awesome Watch Either Way
In Response To: What Heuer model? *PIC* ()

Distinguishing between the Reference 346, 2443 and 2447 can be an infuriating undertaking, but you have a fantastic looking watch (and a great keepsake) which reference it may be.

The Reference 2447 used the smaller Valjoux 72 movement (13 Ligne) and had more angular lugs; the Reference 346 used the larger Valjoux 71 movement (14 Ligne), with more rounded lugs.

The curved lugs of your suggest Reference 346, but it's difficult to tell from one photo. If you can get to a good watchmaker, and send or post a photo of the movement and the inside of the case-back, we might learn more.
