I have no doubts about the watch. This is clearly a Val. 90 with unsuspicous Heuer engravings:
And I don't see anything wrong with the old Heuer Val. 90 dial:
After all, most watch producers did not have strict product lines in the 50s. Why shouldn't they have made a Val.90 watch?
