Actually we could do with better pics to see the metallic dial grain and text to be "sure".
There is a possibility it is a factory refinished dial, as thinking it through more slowly this was my most recent suspicion about the 1533B that we see with a "grey" coloured sub dial. Somehow redone at Heuer for some reason. Why? Who knows.
Better pics may reveal the script is correct, as alignment looks close, just script looks too "straight".
