I am with you. A service of a quality time piece cannot be trusted just to any "Watch Breaker".
I did some checking recently also. In addition to Chronodeco , I found also RGM Watch Company (rgmwatches.com) and Universal Watch Company (universalwatch.net).
Both advertise restoration, service, cleaning or whatever your time piece needs. Checkout their Websites.
