Gents,
Scored on ebay: what I believe to be a true first exec 844 Monnin.
It has serial 1835
It has a bezel with the original layout as per the 1979 brochure.
It has cathedral hands
BUT:
It has a second hand with a large lollipop, which I like
It has no red 13/24 markings, which I pity
It has no "made in france", which I dont mind
I've found #1917 which has the exact same configuration: currently for sale in Hannover.
Any earlier numbers in the community?
