Just after posting about my incoming Monnin yesterday morning I browsed thru a few of my bookmarked searches...
Lo and behold: Someone had posted this rather nice Dato 10 minutes earlier on a dutch site where we don't see many Heuers passing by.

I instantly called the guy, made the deal, wired the money, and picked it up in the evening.
All functions ok, Unpolished, some toolmarks on the caseback but otherwise very very decent.
Did I mention it included the double grain?

SO happy. (Long nose to my fellow Dutch collectors: beat you to it guys!)
