Guys,
Just landed myself this gorgeous, and dare I say rare, bright orange beauty.
Appears to be the last series of the 1163 cased divers with serial 2247xx. Earlier models had applied markers and orange tipped steel hands. This has lume markers and painted hands similar to the 11630P.
The 1972 brochure lists this as a 11630P but the picture shows the 1163 case and bezel, combined with this lume dial. Hands are the earlier steel version.
Isn't she lovely, isn't she wonderful? She certainly was precious ;-(
