Heuer Mastertime in red carrying case *PIC*

Hi,

New to the forum, but hope this is the place to ask. I got this from a friend, and wondering if there is anyone who can tell me more about it.

It was bought from an old watchmaker around 25 years ago, who told it was used in rally competitions by the racing crew.

I have not found any other pictures of Mastertime in this carrying case, only stopwatches. But as far as I can tell, it is 100% original with no opening for start/stop button.

Usually the stopwatches is found in these carrying cases, like in this catalog: http://www.onthedash.com/Guide/_Catalogs/1970-71_Catalog/?show=Page901.jpg

So, my question - anyone out there with any info on this? Is it original or not?

The Mastertime itself is in great condition, runs for not only 8 but 10 days, keeping time perfect :-)

All the best,
Kristoffer, Norway
