For me, a little "discover" it's something important in my collecting way.
I sold all "common" watches and concentrate my resarch in "holy grail".
It means that in 1 year I can find very few pieces.
Maybe, somewhere, there's a box with 2000 of these bezels... of course.
But today I still never seen another one like that.
So, it's a little victory for my collection that I like to show to other people that I know loves these things.
If I didn't understand the sense of your post, I'm sorry... maybe my english is really bad.
: My take on the whole thing was how some things that could be
: ordered just never were.
: And now, decades later, the collecters (US, as in you,me, and most
: of those visiting) can be so happy to spot something that we've
: never seen before.
: I'm happy only if you give me a hug, drink my wine and share a
: laugh.
