That's a nice find. Always pleasing to see a Heuer that's been well & true used!

So.. yes, it's a 11630P but with a M/H bezel, instead of the Decompression bezel.
Central sweep hand, and min & hour hands are replacements. Min & Hour look like service replacements. Central sweep hand should indeed be orange.
