Odd ! On my 1133 the Tool No. isn't quite horizontal compared to the rest of the case but it's only off by a couple of degrees or so. Looking from the inside, the circular section doesn't seem to be a separate part though from the outside it looks like it should be. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can help !
