I checked, and the case seems to be genuine. Correct Spacing, brushing, everything. EXCEPT: The back circle seems to be spaced larger, with no real space between the polished and brushed sections, although, I think it is very likely that someone re-polished the caseback in the correct places, and grinded away the very small area.
Although the caseback COULD be a reproduction, the brushing and inner markings (Heuer Leonidas,Stainless steel, etc.) seem very correct.
I bought the watch from a man in Germany, he is a very nice guy and has a few watches for sale, that all also seem to be genuine.
