I have never had an issue with removing a watch movement from the case for inspection. However, this is my first Heuer - a vintage 73633B (manual wind) and I am not acutely familiar with split stems. I am able to easily remove the front of the case exposing the dial but how do I disassemble the two piece, split stem so I can remove the movement from the bottom case piece?
Any guidance is appreciated.
