I did this recently with my 1133. I used a crown puller to detach the crown and outer section of the stem from the the inner section. Basically I just put the ends of the puller around the crown and pulled on it - it came off okay but quite a bit of force was needed. Pushing it back in place afterwards was much less traumatic. I'm assuming that the manual wind crown is the same arrangement, but don't quote me on it ! Perhaps someone else can confirm ?
