If you are thinking chronographs, the late 1960s Tissot Seastar 3 register Chronograph with the excellent Lemania 1281 movement and 34mm case is ideally suited to the more slender wrist, the red and blue hand and dial accents are also very pleasing. Unfortunately mine is currently being serviced otherwise I would post a pic. It is also still a very affordable vintage option.
