You are correct..as the story unfolded today. TAG not only butchered the lume, but the hands were replaced as well.
I agree regarding embellished stories... I heard two: 1st was to raise money to replace a lost Seifert and the 2nd was that it was a gift to a relative who now wants to sell.
Moral of the story= know your source...and pay that sources premium for their expertise.
