I think i would have liked some further info on the link to Arturo Merzario. He is known through this forum to have worn a silver dialled version of the 18k Carrera ( 1158S ). I dont recall him linked to a gold dial version ( 1158CH ) !!
Anyone out there with any further info on this ???
